When does my order ship?
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed during holidays will be shipped the following business day.
You can rest assured that you will be kept up to date via email, where you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order the moment it ships! Allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to be updated with the most recent status.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
1 - Please allow 2 business days for shipping after orders have been shipped. Friday orders placed after 3 p.m. PST will not be processed until the following week.
2 - "First Class Package International" orders arrive in 5 business days (3-12 days) following dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number and link through email once your product ships. Tracking numbers refresh every 24 hours. Your country's additional fees are not our responsibility. Import duties/taxes are your responsibility.
*We only deliver to the United States and Canada.
Is it possible to cancel an order once it has been placed?
We can't cancel orders because inventory is reserved quickly. You can still try to cancel, but we can't guarantee success. You may still contact us in an attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Where can I find the status of my order?
E-mail is used to deliver tracking numbers. Please email us at <add email> with any questions you may have about your order.
If your delivery is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact or call your local post office with the tracking number.
My package never arrived, what do I do?
If the parcel has not been located within 10 days of USPS scanning we will either send a replacement or offer store credit. We do not offer refunds on lost parcels. For example, if an order is placed on 6/1/2022 has not arrived by 6/10/2022, we will ship a replacement or offer store credit.
We require a 10-day waiting period. In our experience, more than 95% of missing packages are recovered within that time frame.
